Leader-Energo LLC is an authorized partner of Huaming LLC (Russia) in relation to on-load tap-changer and tap-changer switching devices manufactured by Huaming (PRC).

Founded in 1989 in Shanghai, People's Republic of China, Huaming has been specializing in the development and production of on-load power transformer voltage regulation switching devices (OLTC) and off-load transfer switches (ONLC) since 1994. ShanghaiHuaming is one of the world's leading manufacturers of PU on-load tap-changers and off-load tap-changers for industrial applications.

All Russian transformer manufacturers have the necessary technical and design documentation for the use of NM on-load tap-changers in transformers, and many of them widely use Huaming on-load tap-changers for supplies to various power grids in the Russian Federation and abroad.

Huaming products have been supplied to the Russian Federation since 1999. During this period, more than 1,500 Huaming on-load tap changers have been supplied and successfully operated at various electrical facilities in Russia.

Our company also received the status of an official dealer in the Russian Federation of ChinSun (China), one of the leading manufacturers of high-voltage bushings 36-550 kV with RIP or RIS insulation with polymer or porcelain external insulation.
